Our client is looking for an experienced and skilled Advanced Operator to join their Folding team (Metal Forming).This role is ideal for an individual with solid experience in CNC or metal forming operations who is confident in setting up machines, troubleshooting processes, and supporting other operators. You will play a key role in maintaining production efficiency, ensuring quality standards are consistently met, and contributing to the smooth running of the department. Press Brake Advanced Operator Main Duties and Responsibilities:Key Responsibilities:Set up and operate CNC press brake and metal forming machinery to produce precision components.Configure and adjust tooling, bend allowances, and machine programs for various materials (stainless steel, aluminium, and mild steel).Verify and approve first-off parts to ensure conformance to engineering drawings and specifications.Conduct in-process quality checks and oversee quality compliance for other operators within the team.Support and mentor less experienced operators, providing guidance on safe operation, setup, and quality practices.Read and interpret complex engineering drawings, work instructions, and technical data.Identify and resolve production or quality issues promptly to minimise downtime.Monitor and maintain machine performance and carry out basic ..... full job details .....
