Commercial Valuation Surveyor

Responsibilities

Undertake Red Book valuations of commercial property assets across office, retail, industrial, and mixed-use sectors.

Work closely with major lenders, institutional investors, REITs, and corporate occupiers.

Assist in the preparation of detailed valuation reports for loan security, financial reporting, acquisition, and strategic advisory purposes.

Conduct inspections, due diligence, and market analysis in central London and wider UK regions.

Collaborate across business lines including Capital Markets, Development, and Research.

Maintain strong client relationships and contribute to business development initiatives.

Qualifications

Strong understanding of RICS Valuation – Global Standards (Red Book).

Excellent report-writing and analytical skills.

Ability to manage multiple assignments and tight deadlines with accuracy.

Strong interpersonal and client-facing skills.
