Property Management Surveyor/Senior Surveyor

Overview
Senior Surveyor – Property Asset Management (Genuine Asset Management) – London, United Kingdom. This role is with a global commercial real estate advisory firm, offering the opportunity to work on property management services for clients and occupiers within the London Real Estate Management team.Responsibilities
Tenant liaison and dealing with formal landlord and tenant matters such as applications to assign, sub-let or carry out alterations.Liaising with building, facilities and estate managers on day-to-day maintenance, repair and operational issues.Setting and managing operating service charge budgets across a range of assets in the London region, including high-profile properties.Monitoring income and managing credit control alongside dedicated accounting personnel.Client reporting – assist in the production of monthly/quarterly reports as required and attendance at client meetings.Qualifications and Skills
MRICS qualification is preferred but not essential. If you are working towards qualification, you will be fully supported.Experience in property management activities, particularly with service charge budgets and related processes.Able to identify and pursue asset management opportunities to assist the client team.Excellent communication skills and the ability to prioritise workloads.Experience of working as part of a team to deliver results and using own initiative.Experience of property management platforms (including Yardi Voyager) is an advantage, but training will be provided.About the company
