Property Manager / Block Manager Middlesex (Hybrid) Up to £55k We re working with a long established, highly reputable and multi award winning Property Management company who are looking to hire a Property Manager / Block Manager as follows: Working on a hybrid basis (2 days office, 3 days home) reporting into a Middlesex based office Mon-Fri 9am to 5.30pm 3+ years Block Management experience with a stable career history Driving license ATPI qualification desirable but not essential and can be supported in post Management of a long held, compact and high-quality mixed portfolio of developer, freeholder, and RMC Blocks. Undertaking the full range of Property Management duties from budget setting to major works management, insurance provision, and site inspection. Ensuring compliance with industry best practice and regulation, including HandS Utilising in-house administrative and accounting support to provide residents and clients with a responsive, transparent, and high-quality property management service.
