Job Specification - Senior Air Conditioning Service and Maintenance EngineerLocation: Crawley and surrounding areasSalary: 38,000- 45,000 per annumJob Type: Full-time, PermanentWorking Area: Approximately 80% outside London and 20% within LondonJob DescriptionWe are currently seeking an experienced and technically skilled Senior Air Conditioning Service and Maintenance Engineer to join a growing team within the HVAC industry.This is an excellent opportunity for an engineer with extensive service and maintenance experience who can work independently, deliver high-quality technical solutions and contribute to a professional, customer-focused team.The successful candidate will be responsible for planned preventative maintenance (PPM), reactive maintenance, breakdowns and complex fault-finding across a wide range of air conditioning and HVAC systems.Key ResponsibilitiesCarrying out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive breakdown repairs.Diagnosing and resolving faults across VRF/VRV systems, air conditioning units, chillers and air handling units (AHUs).Commissioning and fault-finding on complex multi-VRF installations.Undertaking detailed maintenance, including fan scroll cleaning and full system strip-downs.Working efficiently in live commercial environments while maintaining high standards of safety and workmanship.Providing excellent customer service and maintaining professional relationships with clients.Managing subcontractors where required.Working across a ..... full job details .....
