Cyber Security Manager Permanent - £45k - £57k Location - Hybrid, Eastleigh Your new company A local government organisation, based in the South UK, is currently looking for a Cyber Security Manager to come in and lead the team in supporting and securing the IT infrastructure across the organisation. The organisation plays a huge part in saving lives, and they truly make a real difference to the local area. Your new role You will be responsible for managing the threat landscape, and the strategy surrounding the security of the organisation''s information and systems. You will plan, monitor, review and implement necessary changes to ensure the integrity and availability of the ICT systems for the organisation, in line with ISO27001 and Cyber Essentials. You will manage a small team and play a crucial role in the organisation''s cyber security roadmap moving forward. What you''ll need to succeed You''ll need experience working within Cyber Security leadership or management. You''ll need experience implementing and maintaining ISO27001 and Cyber Essentials, as well as: Experience with incident response and management.Good stakeholder engagement.Threat management knowledge.Ability to lead and manage others.Ability to be on site near Southampton twice a week or more.
