Working alongside Structural and Civil Engineers, you will provide joined-up, professionally rigorous advice that meets RICS standards, and will play a key role in developing and growing the building surveying service line. Key Responsibilities Undertake building condition surveys, RICS Home Survey Level 2 and Level 3 inspections. Prepare clear, well-evidenced reports in accordance with RICS professional standards. Investigate and diagnose building defects including damp, water ingress, cracking, roof and cladding failures and timber decay.
