Implement improvements to process capability through structured, data driven problem solving and ensure appropriate tools and governance are in place to support continued, tangible improvementFocused on establishing and maintaining product or service quality by developing and implementing quality control systems, monitoring performance, conducting audits, analyzing data, and ensuring compliance with company and industry standardsYou are responsible for leading the organization on its quality journey, and implementing strategies, and managing resources to achieve company objectives.Role and Responsibilities
Line management responsibilities for the UK Quality organisation. Managing the workload between multiple internal and external customersEnsure BMS is adhered to through implementation and administration of the Quality Management System within Winbro UKEnsure that all external accreditations are maintained and improved including but not limited to ISO9000/AS9100/NadcapEnsure that the company’s product quality and reliability meets or exceeds customer’s expectationsManagement representative responsible for oversight of Quality AssuranceDirect reporting of Quality Assurance governance/compliance to LTSupport the Winbro Operations team to ensure products and processes comply with the relevant requirements of the QMSLiaising with the relevant departments and customers on quality issuesCreating and maintaining company quality documentation, such as manuals and proceduresPreparation for and participation with internal, external and supplier auditsRoot cause analysis and implementation/co-ordination of corrective action for process/product related concernsImprove quality within the business through identification and implementation of continuous improvement activitiesFacilitate improvement events and lead by example using best practiceSolve problems in a structured and appropriate manner e.g., 3C / 8D / DMAICCo-ordinate and conduct internal audits across Winbro BMS as requiredSupport supply chain and procurement with supplier evaluations, audits, and assessmentsFinal release of product to CustomerA meticulous approach to monitoring processes and product specifications.Strong verbal and written communication for reporting, training, and collaborating with various teams.Ability to analyze data, interpret statistical information, and make data-driven decisions.Understanding of quality management systems (QMS) and relevant industry standards.Qualifications
Degree level or HND and 10+ years of industrial manufacturing experience.Minimum Six Sigma Green Belt problem solving or equivalent qualificationCompetitive pay and benefits package
