About the RoleWe are seeking a motivated, technically minded, and results-driven Internal Sales Representative to join our dynamic team. You will play a key role in identifying sales opportunities, supporting customers with technical queries, and contributing to business growth.Key ResponsibilitiesRespond promptly to inbound calls (target: 80% answered within 5 seconds).Process orders and quotations live over the phone.Interpret technical drawings to prepare accurate quotations and perform take-offs.Maximise sales opportunities from all enquiries to generate orders.Ensure all enquiries are handled efficiently and professionally.Undertake prospecting tasks (no cold calling - focus on existing customers).Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.Liaise with Purchasing, Accounts, and Transport departments.Qualifications and SkillsProven experience in internal sales or a similar role.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.Ability to read and interpret technical drawings.Self-motivated and results-driven approach.Commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.Adecco acts as an employment agency for permanent recruitment and an employment business for the supply of temporary workers.
