• A proven background as a Site Manager with experience on volume new build housing sites

• SMSTS, First Aid and CSCS (Black or White) card

• A sharp focus on build quality, NHBC / Premier Guarantee standards, and customer care

• Strong leadership skills and the ability to drive a site team to successful delivery
