Due to continued growth, they are seeking an experienced Site Manager to join their team and oversee new residential developments in the Edinburgh area.This is an excellent opportunity to join a well-established business with a healthy pipeline of projects and a strong track record of progression.Responsibilities

Lead day-to-day operations on-site ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time and to quality standardsManage subcontractors, trades, and direct labour effectivelyMonitor build programmes and drive progressMaintain high standards of health and safety compliance on siteLiaise with project managers, engineers, and clients to ensure smooth deliveryOversee quality assurance, snagging, and handoversRequirements

Proven experience as a Site Manager within the housebuilding sectorSMSTS, CSCS (Black/Gold), and First Aid certification essentialStrong leadership, organisational, and communication skillsTrack record of delivering housing developments to NHBC standardsApply
