Are you an experienced Recruitment Consultant who enjoys building relationships, developing candidate networks and growing successful client accounts?
 
At Precision People, we''re looking for an ambitious, commercially minded recruiter to join our established Contract Recruitment team, specialising in M&E, Building Services, Facilities Management, Health & Safety and Technical recruitment across the East Midlands.

You don''t need previous M&E recruitment experience. We''re looking for someone who understands recruitment, enjoys building relationships and has the ambition to develop a successful specialist market.
 
What You''ll Be Doing

• Recruiting contractors across M&E, Building Services, Facilities, Health & Safety and Technical roles.
• Developing existing client relationships and identifying new business opportunities.
• Building strong candidate networks and maintaining relationships with skilled contractors.
• Managing the full recruitment process, from candidate sourcing through to placement, compliance and ongoing contractor care.
• Identifying upcoming projects, workforce requirements and opportunities for repeat business.
• Growing your desk through excellent service, commercial awareness and consistent relationship management.

What We''re Looking For

• Previous recruitment experience, ideally within contract or temporary recruitment.
• Strong relationship-building and account management skills.
• A proactive, commercially driven approach to developing business.
• Confidence communicating with clients and candidates.
• Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple recruitment processes.
• Someone who enjoys taking ownership, achieving results and developing their career.

Experience within engineering, construction, industrial, logistics, healthcare or technical recruitment would be advantageous, but M&E experience isn''t essential.
