The Opportunity
 
You''ll manage the full 360 recruitment process within the engineering, manufacturing and technical sectors, combining business development with delivering a first-class recruitment service.
 
Your responsibilities will include:

• Winning new business and developing existing client relationships.
• Building a strong pipeline of clients, vacancies and candidates.
• Managing the full permanent recruitment lifecycle, from vacancy qualification to placement.
• Developing long-term relationships through a consultative approach.
• Growing your desk and consistently achieving commercial objectives.

What We''re Looking For

• Previous 360 agency recruitment experience.
• A proven ability to win new business and manage client relationships.
• Strong communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills.
• A proactive, ambitious and commercially focused mindset.
• Someone who enjoys taking ownership, achieving results and developing their career.

Experience within engineering, manufacturing or technical recruitment would be advantageous, but isn''t essential.
