Working closely with managers, internal stakeholders, legal advisers and transferring organisations, you''ll help ensure transfers are well managed, compliant and provide a positive experience for employees.The roleYou''ll support TUPE activity from initial planning and due diligence through to consultation, transfer and post-transfer integration. This will include:Supporting the planning and delivery of TUPE transfers in and out of the organisationCoordinating due diligence and reviewing Employee Liability Information (ELI)Supporting formal consultation with employees, trade unions and employee representativesAdvising managers and responding to employee queries throughout the transfer processReviewing workforce data, contracts, policies and employment practices to identify potential risks and liabilitiesPreparing consultation documents, communications, letters and reportsSupporting employee relations matters connected to TUPE and organisational changeMaintaining project plans, ..... full job details .....
