We''re a global enterprise SaaS leader looking for a Marketing Operations Lead to be the operational backbone of our EMEA team. If you love untangling messy workflows, geeking out over smart automation, and making sure regional teams have the tools they need to succeed, you''ll feel right at home here.

What you''ll be doing:

• Keep the engine running smoothly: You''ll spot bottlenecks, clean up clunky processes, and help our regional marketing and sales teams work seamlessly together.
  
• Own Marketo & MarTech: You''ll build and launch impactful campaigns (working alongside our agency partners) and make sure our tech stack actually does what we need it to do.
  
• Protect the audience experience: You''ll manage the central EMEA email calendar-making sure we don''t bombard our contacts and that our data stays strictly GDPR-friendly.
  
• Turn numbers into direction: Partner with our data team to pull real insights, showing the wider business what''s moving the needle and where to adjust.
  

• You bring 6+ years in B2B SaaS marketing operations under your belt.
  
• You know Marketo inside out (if you''re MCE-certified, even better).
  
• You understand the EMEA landscape-navigating different regions (like DACH, Nordics, UKI) and GDPR compliance is second nature to you.
  
• You''re a natural collaborator who can talk strategy with leadership and technical details with developers.
