This-is-a-hybrid-role - the successful candidate will be expected to work 2 days per week in the Hammersmith office.-

Working within the International Marketing Team, you will support the Marketing function across EMEA regions. This is a fast paced environment, where organisation and project management skills are key. You must be able to communicate well at all levels.

Responsibilities-will-include-but-are-not-limited-to:

• Project-manage-materials-through-the-Multi Level Review (MLR) Veeva process.-
• Project-manage-materials-through-the-translation-and-In-Country-Review- (ICR) process.
• Project-manage-payments-through-SAP-and-Zip-processes.
• Coordinate-team-meetings,-newsletters-and-support-formatting-of materials-(PowerPoint-etc).
• Other-tasks-as-required.

Essential-Skills-Required:

• Project-management.
• Highly-organised-and-efficient.
• High-attention-to-detail.
• Ability-to-work-in-a-team-environment-and-collaborate-with-other-depts.
• Familiarity-with-PowerPoint,-Word,-Excel,-and-VEEVA.
• Excellent-English-communication-skills-(Additional-language-skills-in German,-and/or-French-and/or-Dutch-would-be-beneficial-but-not essential).

The-initial-contract-will-run-until-the-end-of-August-''27,-with-potential-to-extend-beyond.
