We are seeking a proactive and experienced Operations Manager to lead and oversee all aspects of Mechanical and Electrical (MandE) project works. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing teams, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards, coordinating with stakeholders, and driving operational efficiency in the delivery of MandE services Key Responsibilities Attend regular project progress and design review meetings as required. Contribute to project planning activities and to track progress. Produce Bill of Materials from drawings for estimating and purchasing. To undertake site surveys to aid costing or design. Contribute to cost reduction and value engineering on projects, where required Order materials, manage small team of electricians, complete timesheets, conduct HSE audits, accident investigations and propose corrective actions where necessary. Work cohesively and communicate effectively with March departments including Engineering, Manufacturing, Labour, and onward supply chain.
