Working within the Operations team, the postholder will provide high-quality administrative and systems support to the People and Culture function, while also ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the London office.Key ResponsibilitiesPeople and Culture SupportProvide recruitment administration support, including setting up vacancies on the HR system, coordinating interviews, preparing documentation and issuing contractsSupport onboarding by coordinating induction activities, equipment and paperworkAdminister and maintain accurate holiday and sickness records, including reportingProvide general HR administration such as mail merges, employee records, surveys, reports and presentationsSupport change management processes, including salary reviews and contract changesAssist with leadership team meetings, including agenda preparation and minute-takingCoordinate training sess
