Job Purpose: As a Processing Shift Supervisor, (relevant Washing, Crushing and Screening experience is required) you will be responsible for the day-to-day management and performance of the ore processing function on behalf of the company. This includes overseeing personnel, coordinating plant operations, liaising with the client, and ensuring activities are delivered safely, efficiently, and in line with contractual objectives.
