This role involves leading site operations to ensure projects are completed safely and efficiently, while adhering to Health and Safety standards. The successful candidate will work closely with Project Managers and subcontractors to maintain high-quality project delivery. _The Role Plan, supervise and coordinate site activities involving company personnel, subcontractors and suppliers. Manage day-to-day site operations to ensure projects are completed safely and efficiently. Ensure all personnel work in accordance with Health and Safety policies, risk assessments and method statements. Liaise with Project Managers, clients and subcontractors, escalating issues where required. Maintain project documentation, site equipment, vehicles, and working areas to company standards. _Essential Requirements Previous experience in a Site Supervisor, Site Foreman or similar construction/engineering leadership role. Strong understanding of Health and Safety legislation and safe working practices. Ability to lead site teams, coordinate subcontractors and manage multiple priorities.
