We are seeking an ambitious Assistant Site Manager to join our clients team at a premier new-build housing development in East Dunbartonshire.Working hand-in-hand with the Site Manager, you will play a pivotal role in delivering high-quality homes safely, on time, and to budget. You will oversee day-to-day on-site operations, coordinate diverse trades, and ensure our strict standards of craftsmanship and health and safety are maintained at every stage. Key Responsibilities: Site Supervision: Assist the Site Manager in coordinating day-to-day site activities, managing subcontractors, suppliers, and direct labour. Quality Control: Conduct routine plot inspections, manage the snagging process, and ensure all homes are finished to NHBC standards and internal quality benchmarks. Health and Safety: Drive a culture of safety across the development by conducting site inductions, delivering toolbox talks, and performing regular safety inspections. Progress Tracking: Monitor build schedules against construction programmes, maintaining detailed records of labour levels and milestones. Customer Care: Support the handover process to ensure a seamless experience for new homeowners.
