Site Manager BESS, HV and Civils Projects Sector: Renewable Energy / Power Infrastructure / Civil Engineering We are seeking an experienced Site Manager to oversee the delivery of Battery Energy Storage System (BESS), High Voltage (HV) and associated civil engineering infrastructure projects This is an excellent opportunity to join a growing business within the renewable energy and power infrastructure sector, playing a key role in delivering complex projects encompassing both civils and electrical infrastructure. The successful candidate will have a strong background in site management, ideally combining experience in civil engineering works with HV, BESS, utilities, power transmission or wider infrastructure projects. Key Responsibilities Manage day-to-day site operations across BESS, HV and associated civils projects. Oversee civil engineering works, including earthworks, excavations, drainage, ducting, foundations, concrete bases, access roads and hardstanding. Coordinate civil and electrical works to ensure effective integration across project phases. Lead and manage site teams, subcontractors and specialist contractors. Ensure all works comply with Health and Safety legislation, CDM Regulations and project-specific requirements. Monitor project progress against agreed programmes, budgets and quality standards.
