HR Assistant Rainham Part-time 20 hours Pro Rata £15k - £17.5kOne to One Personnel are seeking a proactive and well-organised HR Assistant to support our clients day to day HR operations within a busy but small working environment.This role is ideal for someone with strong administrative skills, excellent attention to detail and a genuine interest in HR processes.Working closely with the HR team, you will assist with recruitment, onboarding, employee records, payroll support and general HR queries, ensuring a smooth and professional service for all staff.Please note to be considered for this position you will need to be CIPD qualified.Key ResponsibilitiesSupport the recruitment process by posting job adverts, screening CVs and scheduling interviews.Conduct HR checks for blue-collar employees.Maintain accurate and confidential employee records and HR databases.Assist with onboarding, including preparing documentation, orientation materials and initial training.Provide support with payroll processing and benefits administration.Help coordinate employee training and development activities.Respond to employee queries regarding HR policies, procedures and benefits.Assist in preparing HR reports, documentation and presentations.Contribute to HR projects and initiatives as required.Qualifications and SkillsYou will be CIPD qualified or have a Bachelor''s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.Previous HR or administrative experience is an ..... full job details .....
