Your new roleAs People Services Advisor, this person will provide practical HR support to managers and employees, with a strong focus on ER, day-to-day queries and improving how People Services operates.The role combines hands-on HR delivery with an interest in using data, technology and AI to make processes simpler, more consistent and effective.Experience using HR data, reporting and operational insight to spot themes, highlight risks and support better business decisions across the People function.Strong involvement in global People projects, including change activity, reward and benefits, well-being, policy improvements, process change and HR systems work.Confident in managing project plans, coordinating stakeholders and keeping work on track against agreed timelines and priorities.Works closely with leaders, managers and wider People teams to understand business needs, provide practical advice and improve the overall employee experience.Able to influence decision-making through clear recommendations, evidence-based thinking and a commercially balanced approach.Brings a collaborative style and a strong focus on inclusion, consistency and continuous improvement across HR service delivery.What you''ll need to succeedStrong hands-on ER experience, including managing employee relations cases, with sound knowledge of UK employment law and the ability to support matters through to a practical, commercial outcome.Confident influencing managers, challenging where needed and ..... full job details .....
