QC Quality Technician Location: Sittingbourne Hours: Monday to Thursday, 8am 5pm Friday, 8am 4pm Job Type: Full-Time, Permanent About the Role We are recruiting for a QC Quality Technician to join a well-established and growing business. This is an excellent opportunity for a detail-oriented and proactive individual with experience in quality control, product inspections and continuous improvement. The successful candidate will play a key role in coordinating pre-shipment inspections, managing quality issues, implementing corrective actions and supporting new product development. Working closely with factories, inspectors, warehouse teams and international colleagues, you will ensure products consistently meet the required quality standards. Key Responsibilities Coordinate and manage the end-to-end pre-shipment inspection (PSI) process, ensuring inspections are booked and completed on time. Review and analyse inspection reports, identifying quality concerns and ensuring appropriate action is taken. Maintain accurate inspection records, product information and quality documentation using internal systems. Review inspection outcomes and authorise goods for shipment where appropriate, in line with company procedures. Investigate quality issues and prepare reports relating to production, inspections, goods-in and customer feedback.
