This is a key leadership role within the finance function, responsible for ensuring the organisation maintains strong financial controls, robust governance, statutory compliance and high-quality financial reporting. Reporting to the Head of Finance, the successful candidate will lead the Financial Accounting team whilst playing a vital role in supporting senior leadership, external auditors and trustees. Key Responsibilities Lead and develop the Financial Accounting team, ensuring the delivery of an efficient and effective finance service. Oversee all financial accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, cash management and balance sheet control.
