Performance andamp; Data Officer Salary: £36KContract: Permanent, Full-timeHours: 37 hours per week About the Role We are looking for a Performance andamp; Data Officer to join a growing Data andamp; Insights team. You will play a key role in producing corporate performance reporting, analysing data and providing insight to help teams make better, data-led decisions. This is a hands-on role where you will work with Excel, Power BI, SQL and a range of datasets to monitor performance, identify trends and present clear insights to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. You will also help ensure that performance information is accurate, consistent and properly governed. Key Responsibilities Lead the regular reporting and monitoring of organisational performance. Develop, maintain and present accurate and timely performance and management information. Design and develop clear performance reports and dashboards using Power BI and other Business Intelligence tools. Analyse data from multiple sources to identify trends, issues and opportunities for improvement. Provide actionable insight to managers and senior stakeholders. Develop and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and ensure reporting is accurate and consistent. Review KPI definitions and counting rules to ensure performance measures accurately reflect business processes.
