Customer Service Advisor
We are currently looking to recruit a Customer Service Advisor for our fast-growing manufacturing client, who offer sustainability and opportunities to develop within the company.A high valued, forward-thinking company that are committed to creating a positive and rewarding career opportunity. The main purpose of the role is to provide technical support duties and be the first point of contact for responding to any breakdowns and emergency calls from engineers and end users.As part of Technical Customer Service Advisor role, you ll require: Proven experience providing excellent customer service and administration, ideally within the manufacturing sectorHave a good understanding of technical information and the ability to retain informationProven experience of being able to resolve issuesCompetent with the use of MS Office applicationsHold excellent communication skills and strong attention to detailHave the ability to work under pressure whilst prioritising workloads Within the role you ll also be: Coordinating all incoming queries and service repairsHandling incoming calls and emails and liaising with customers in a timely and professional mannerUnderstand the customer requirements and show a good technical aptitude combined with the ability to give advice by telephoneInterpret and explain technical information and instructions.Handling of day-to-day administration duties for the service and management teamUnderstand the customer requirements and show a good technical aptitu
