Principal Sustainability Consultant - Key Responsibilities Lead the delivery of embodied carbon assessments and life cycle assessments (LCAs) in line with GLA and BREEAM requirements Develop circular economy strategies and prepare Circular Economy Statements for planning submissions Contribute to or lead decarbonisation plans for existing and new buildings Manage sustainability certifications (e.g. BREEAM, WELL, LEED, HQM, DREAM, Fitwel), supporting projects through all RIBA stages Facilitate client workshops and stakeholder meetings to communicate sustainability goals and technical requirements Write clear and concise technical reports, ensuring outputs are of a consistently high standard Support the development of internal tools, frameworks, and methodologies Mentor and guide junior sustainability consultants Take responsibility for proje
