The company delivers mechanical, electrical, energy and environmental design services across a wide range of development sectors and is expanding its capability in sustainability advisory and assessment. You will lead and support the delivery of a range of sustainability assessments and consultancy services. The role focuses heavily on BREEAM assessments, but also offers exposure to related methodologies such as CEEQUAL, HQM, WELL and Fitwel, along with wider sustainability reporting and analysis. Typical work includes embodied carbon and lifecycle assessments, Net Zero strategies, and supporting post-occupancy evaluations.
