This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Residential Conveyancing Solicitor who is ready to move into a more senior position, with the chance to influence the direction of a busy department and take an active role in its continued success. The firm is open to speaking with solicitors who have not previously held a management title but feel ready to take on additional responsibility and progress their careers. The PositionYou will be joining an established department with an existing team of fee earners and dedicated support staff. Working closely with the firm''s Managing Directors, you will have responsibility for maintaining the smooth running of the department while helping colleagues develop and ensuring clients receive an excellent service.
