Counterbalance Forklift Driver Location: CorbyPay: 13.75Hours: Monday to Friday - 07.30 - 16.40Contract: Temporary with the potential to go permanent The Role We are looking for an experienced Counterbalance Forklift Driver to join a busy timber yard in Corby. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a hands-on, outdoor environment and is confident handling timber and other bulky materials. Key ResponsibilitiesOperating a counterbalance forklift safely and efficiently.Loading and unloading deliveries of timber and other materials.Moving stock around the yard and into designated storage areas.Assisting with the preparation and movement of customer orders.Supporting general yard and warehouse duties when required.Keeping the working area clean, tidy and safe.Carrying out daily forklift checks and reporting any faults.What We''re Looking ForA valid counterbalance forklift licence.Previous experience operating a counterbalance truck.Experience handling timber or other long, bulky materials would be an advantage.A good understanding of workplace health and safety.A reliable, hardworking and practical approach.The ability to work well as part of a team.What''s on Offer?Competitive hourly pay.Monday to Friday working.Opportunity for a permanent position for the right candidate.A friendly, supportive team environment.Interested?
