Working closely with the People team, you''ll take ownership of internal communications, employee engagement initiatives and inclusion activities, helping to create an environment where employees feel informed, connected and valued. The Role You''ll be responsible for developing engaging communications and delivering initiatives that strengthen employee experience across a busy, operational organisation. Key responsibilities will include: Creating compelling internal communications, newsletters, presentations and employee updates. Developing visually engaging content using Canva, Adobe or similar creative tools. Managing internal communications channels, including the company intranet. Designing and delivering employee engagement campaigns, events and recognition initiatives.
