Communications and Engagement Manager Location: Nottingham Working arrangement: On-site SF Recruitment are exclusively working with an established organisation in Nottingham to recruit a Communications and Engagement Manager to join their People team. This is a varied role combining internal and external communications, employee engagement, organisational culture and inclusion. We''re looking for someone who can take ownership of the communications and engagement strategy, while also being hands-on in delivering initiatives that make a genuine difference across the business. Working closely with the Head of HR and wider leadership team, you''ll play an important role in improving how the organisation communicates with its employees, engages with stakeholders and creates an inclusive working environment.
