Key ResponsibilitiesAssist senior chefs with daily prep and service across multiple sections

Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in line with food safety protocols

RequirementsA genuine passion for food and hospitality

Previous experience as a Commis Chef or Kitchen Assistant is preferred

Willingness to learn, with a proactive approach to teamwork and improvement

Ability to work well under pressure in a high-volume kitchen

Driving licence and own transport is highly desirable due to rural location

Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
