As the countryside companion to Maison Estelle, the manor is also a hosted home, bringing people together that have plenty to say and nothing to prove.We are looking for a charismatic Commis Chef to join our exceptional Culinary team.The on target earning potential for this role is £34,493.47 per annum based on a 45 hour contract - comprising a base salary of £28,643.47 plus a qualified estimate of £5,850 in gratuities and service charge*. Please note this role is paid hourly so this is a projected salary and OTE.Here''s a bit more detail on what we see you doing in this role:You will be assisting in the food preparation for our Brasserie, Glasshouse Restaurant, Chinese speciality restaurant, Members Club private restaurant or In Room Dining.Setting and maintaining high standards and demonstrating attention to detail in the preparation of all dishes.Delivering delicious food and drink, being the heart of what we do.
