- Multi-site Commercial Property / Food and Hospitality / London and Cambridge - A growing Japanese restaurant chain is currently recruiting an experienced Property Manager to take ownership of its growing multi-site property portfolio across London, Cambridge and future locations. The role covers commercial property and lease management, landlord relationships, facilities and maintenance, statutory compliance, contractors, budgets and CAPEX, refurbishments, fit-outs, new openings and property projects. This is a senior, hands-on property role reporting directly to senior management. The successful candidate will work closely with Operations, Finance and other internal stakeholders to manage and develop the company''s property portfolio.
