A long-established and stable property investment business based in South West London is looking for a part-time Property Manager to join the team. This is a permanent position paying up to £45,000 pro rata for three days per week. Reporting to the Managing Director, you''ll oversee a portfolio of commercial properties, ensuring they are well maintained and managed effectively. This would be an ideal role for a full-time property manager who is looking for a part-time property position with an established portfolio of clients. You''ll play a key role in keeping the portfolio running smoothly, from managing tenant relationships and building maintenance to overseeing compliance and budgets. This hands-on role is ideal for someone with initiative, drive and strong attention to detail. The successful part-time Property Manager will: Act as the day-to-day point of contact between tenants, contractors and the business Keep properties in good order through regular site visits and by arranging planned and reactive repairs Oversee building services, including heating, ventilation, electrical and plumbing systems Prepare service charge budgets and monitor spend against them Manage business rates and running costs for vacant units Build strong working relationships with tenants and suppliers, ensuring issues are resolved promptly and costs remain reasonable Support tenants with lease queries and fit-out works Keep lease, property and compliance records up to date in the property ..... full job details .....
