Sales Executive

Job Title: Sales Executive Location: Office-based (Walsall) with Regular Travel Required Hours: Full-time, 37.5 hours per week Permanent 25,000 depending on experience Overview: An exciting opportunity has arisen for a proactive and driven individual to join a growing company in the promotional merchandise industry. This role focuses on supporting the strategic growth of the business by managing existing accounts and developing new client relationships. Key Responsibilities: Assist in the development and servicing of new and existing client accounts Build and maintain meaningful, trust-based relationships across a varied portfolio Guide clients across the full product range and bespoke design services Handle client enquiries, provide quotations, and maintain accurate records in the CRM system Produce regular Excel-based reports and support with general sales admin Engage in basic marketing activities to support brand awareness and business development Attend client meetings and industry events to drive growth (own transport required) Work closely with the wider sales and customer service team following full training Candidate Profile: Self-motivated and confident with a professional and enthusiastic approach Comfortable working in a fast-paced, time-sensitive environment Strong organisational skills and attention to detail Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, both face-to-face and over the phone IT literate, with working knowledge of Excel and CRM systems
