The Role
As a Graduate Teaching Assistant, you will work alongside experienced teachers to support students throughout the school day. You''ll provide classroom support, deliver personalised 1-2-1 and small group interventions, and help pupils develop their communication, literacy, numeracy, and independence skills. You''ll adapt learning activities to meet individual needs, encourage positive engagement, and celebrate every achievement as students progress towards their personal and academic goals.
