This is a rewarding opportunity to support children and young people with a range of additional needs.This role is ideal for someone who is patient, compassionate, and passionate about making a meaningful difference in the lives of pupils with Special Educational Needs.About the RoleWorking closely with teachers, therapists, and the wider support team, your responsibilities will include (but are not limited to):Providing 1:1 and small group support for pupils with a range of Special Educational Needs, including Autism (ASC), ADHD, SEMH, and communication needsSupporting pupils to access learning both in the classroom and through tailored intervention activitiesEncouraging independence, confidence, and positive engagement throughout the school dayAssisting with the implementation of individual education and behaviour support plansSupporting pupils with emotional regulation and social development using positive strategiesBuilding strong, trusting relationships with pupils to create a safe and supportive learning environmentMonitoring pupil progress and providing feedback to teachers and the wider SEN teamPromoting inclusion and celebrating each pupil''s individual achievementsIdeal Candidate ProfileExperience working with children or young ..... full job details .....
