We are currently working with a leading main contractor who are looking to appoint an experienced Digital Construction Manager to join their team in London.This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced digital construction professional to take a key role in supporting the successful delivery of BIM and digital construction across major projects.The Role:As Digital Construction Manager, you will be responsible for driving digital construction delivery throughout the project lifecycle, working closely with project teams, designers, consultants and supply chain partners.You will play a key role in ensuring BIM processes, information management standards and digital delivery strategies are implemented effectively across projects.Key Responsibilities:Lead and coordinate digital construction and BIM activities across projects.Manage and support design coordination and clash detection processesWork closely with design teams, consultants and subcontractors to identify and resolve design issues.Support the development and implementation of BIM Execution Plans (BEP) and Employer''s Information Requirements (EIR).Manage project information and ensure compliance with agreed digital standards and procedures.Coordinate the delivery and federation of models throughout the project lifecycle.Support the implementation of COBie and ensure information requirements are met.Provide guidance and training to project teams and supply chain partners on BIM and digital construction ..... full job details .....
