Construction Manager

The commercial fit out world has taken off in the last few weeks! One of my best customers has asked me to recruit for a Construction Manager based in the City of London.

I''m Currently recruiting for an experienced freelance Construction Manager to work on a high-profile -200m project in Central London. It is an 11 floor CAT A and B fit out and we need a Construction Manager to deliver 3 / 4 floors from shell to handover, the contract will run until August 2027. You will report to a Project Manager based on site and your main responsibilities will be to run the fit out safely and on time.

• Lead & Manage day to day site operations
• Drive the programme and Sub-contraction coordination
• Ensure delivery of high-end finishes to a standard
• Maintain strict H&S compliance and quality standards

• Strong background working with reputable main contractors or fit-out specialists
• Strong leadership presence and ability to drive site performance
• Proven experience delivering Cat A/B fit-out (-35m+ preferred)
• SMSTS
• CSCS Card
• First Aid at Work

• Immediate Start
• Competitive day rate, -(Apply online only) depending on experience
• Option to be taken on a permanent contract
• Tier 1 exposure
