Event Sales Manager

We''re working with a rapidly growing, award-winning events business that''s on a mission to deliver truly accessible, affordable, and sustainable events, bringing together the business community to learn, network, and grow.
What you''ll be doing:
Hitting sales targets by generating revenue from new and existing exhibitors, and up selling/cross-selling sponsorship opportunities.
Winning new business from inbound leads, competitor events, and your own research.
Maximising client retention by hitting rebook targets at events and providing top-tier customer service year-round, acting as their main point of contact, responding to queries, and proactively sharing opportunities.
Keeping the CRM fully up to date with client data, call notes, pipeline and forecasts
Previous Experience:
Minimum 2 year''s experience in B2B events, ideally trade shows.
Proven ability to work to targets and achieve KPIs
Excellent relationship-building and communication skills.
Commercially minded, and driven to spot and deliver new opportunities.
Experience with Hub Spot CRM a plus.
