Job Title: Site ManagerSalary: 60,000 - 75,000Location: Surrey and the surrounding southern counties Job OverviewAn opportunity has arisen for an experienced Site Manager to join an established construction contractor delivering high-end residential projects across Surrey and the surrounding southern counties.The successful candidate will oversee day-to-day site operations, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on programme and to a high standard of quality. This role would suit someone with experience managing high-value residential projects, with a carpentry background considered advantageous.Working closely with Project Managers, subcontractors and the wider project team, you will coordinate site activities, maintain health and safety standards and ensure work is completed in line with project specifications and deadlines. Salary and BenefitsSalary of 65,000 - 75,000, depending on experience.25 days'' annual leave.Laptop provided.Phone allowance.Discretionary bonus.
