Site Manager

An opportunity has arisen for an experienced Site Manager to join a well-established, privately owned residential developer with a strong reputation for delivering high-quality homes across the South East.
Known for their attention to detail, quality of finish and commitment to creating attractive residential developments, this is a great opportunity to join a respected housebuilder offering a stable working environment and a long-term project.
The role will involve working on the third phase of an established residential development in Surrey, comprising 110 units with approximately 2.5 years remaining on the programme.
You will be one of two Site Managers on the development, reporting directly to the Project Manager and working collaboratively to ensure the successful delivery of the scheme.
Key Responsibilities:

• 
  Overseeing day-to-day site operations and coordinating subcontractors.
• 
  Maintaining high standards of quality, health & safety and site presentation.
• 
  Ensuring works are delivered in line with programme requirements.
• 
  Managing trades and monitoring progress across the development.
• 
  Working closely with the Project Manager and wider site team.

The Ideal Candidate:
You will have previous experience working as a Site Manager for a residential developer, with a good understanding of traditional build housing, NHBC standards and the importance of delivering a quality finished product.
