We are now recruiting a Production and Warehouse Operative to support day-to-day production and laboratory operations for our client s technology business based in Middlesbrough. Working alongside a team of scientists, engineers and operational experts, you will help ensure production runs smoothly, quality standards are maintained and materials are handled and recorded accurately. Key Responsibilities: Assist with the production of sustainable construction materials. Prepare samples and carry out quality control testing. Maintain accurate records and update data using internal systems. Support general warehouse, site and laboratory housekeeping. Manage stock levels and replenish materials and supplies. Assist with loading, unloading and transporting goods and materials. Follow company health and safety procedures. Work collaboratively with colleagues across different departments. Skills and Experience Required Previous experience in a warehouse, production or hands-on operational role. Comfortable with regular manual handling and lifting. Good stock control and record-keeping skills. Confident using Microsoft Excel, sending emails. Full UK driving licence. Able to work independently and as part of a team.
