Deputy Team Manager -Assessment

We are looking to recruit a Deputy Team Manager -Assessment Team within the Social Care industry in Enfield Council. The duties for the team manager job can include up to the following:Literacy and numeracy to the required levelPost qualifying supervision of SW''s or studentsBasic training in management competenciesOverseeing the referral and duty systemOffering guidance on completing CAFsSupervising cases that are waiting to be transferred to the children in need or safeguarding teamChairing complex family meetingsConducting Section 47''sCourt WorkWorking in a fast paced environmentChild ProtectionLooked After ChildrenRecruit, manage and develop staff Experience preferred:Post qualifying experience of working within a statutory Referral and Assessment Team within the UK Social Care industry. The team:Well-structured organised team, growing their social worker staffing levels.
