In this role, you''ll provide commercial management across responsive repairs, void property reinstatement, and minor works programmes, helping to ensure our homes are safe, compliant, and ready to let. Working closely with operational teams, contractors, and key stakeholders, you''ll oversee cost control, budget management, contractor performance, and contractual compliance, ensuring excellent value for money across repairs and maintenance services.
