Our client, a well-established provider of children''s residential care across London and the South East, is looking for an experienced Deputy Manager for its children''s EBD home in Greenford, UB6. It''s a chance to step into a leadership role in a home with a supportive senior team. The role Deputise for the Registered Manager and lead the home in their absence Lead, supervise and develop the staff team, including rotas, supervisions and appraisals Embed trauma-informed, therapeutic approaches with young people with emotional and behavioural needs Oversee care plans, risk assessments, incident reporting and safeguarding Keep the home compliant with the Children''s Homes Regulations and Quality Standards, and support Ofsted and Regulation 44 visits About you Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare (or equivalent), essential; Level 5 or working towards it desirable At least 2 years'' experience in children''s EBD residential care, including at a senior or supervisory level A calm, confident leader with strong behaviour management skills Sound knowledge of safeguarding and Ofsted requirements Full UK driving licence preferred Enhanced DBS (or willing to obtain).
